Where is GOD ?

GOD?

I am not going to talk about whether god exists or not in this world. But I firmly believe that god exists and is always with us, the movement we are born in this world.

You must be thinking that I’m going to tell you about any scientific research that I have read or any phenomenal activity that I have seen or heard from someone. But no! I’m really going to tell you that what is god and where he is.

After reading this, you will know that where exactly is God and how you can worship God.

First of all, what is God?

If you are going to search it on internet then it is going to show that :

-        The creator of universe, the supreme being

-        A superhuman being worshipped as having power

Or some other meanings

I think that you already know what God do or what is his work?

We all know that God has created us. God gives us challenges and also helps us to overcome them (afte rall God helps those who helps themselves). God teaches us, God nourishes. Whenever we are in need or problem God helps us.

You have heard this many times from the person who is in need that, “you are the God’s Angel, who has come to help us.”

You also have heard this, “God cannot be with everyone that’s why he has created Parents.”

Yes! You have found the answer, our parents our none other than the Gods.

So, you don’t have to really go anywhere else in the world to find God. Just worship your parents, they are THE REAL GOD.

There is one more story which I want to share. When I was in 10^th standard, I have read that story in my Sanskrit book.

If I remember that story correctly it was :

This story is taken from medieval time when there were no mobile phones, transportation or any type technology.

There was a Saint (rishi muni) who was worshiping God alone in a forest, far away from the village. When he opened his eyes, suddenly a bird shit on his shoulder. So he got angry and stare that bird in anger. To his surprise that bird burned and turned into ashes.

He was happy that, after doing prayers, meditation and worshiping God for a long time, he has got an amazing power.

He then visit a nearby village to eat some food. He visited a home where a lady was living, he begged (bhiksha) for food (as that time this was a common thing). The lady was doing some work, so she said to saint please wait a minute I’m doing some work. I’ll give you food after completing this work.

The Saint got angry. When the lady came he stared at her angrily just like when he stared at that bird in the forest. The lady replied, “I’m not like that bird who will be burnt and turned to ashes.” Saint was in surprise and thought, “I was in forest all alone, nobody saw me using my power but still how this lady is able to tell that incident from earlier. From where she has acquired this power?”

The Saint apologized the lady for his rude behavior and asked her, “Please tell me from where you have acquired this power?”

The lady replied, “oh this thing, it was nothing. There is a boy living in this village yesterday he told me that there will be a saint coming to your home next day and if he gets angry then say this.”

Now Saint was more surprised, “how in the world that boy was able to tell future!!!”

Saint’s curiosity arises more. So he asked the lady, “Can you tell me where that boys lives?”

Lady replied, “Yes, why not! That boy is a son of Butcher, for some days his father is ill so might found him in his shop.” And she told the Saint the address of the Butcher’s shop.

The Saint was thinking in his mind, being a saint he should not visit a Butcher’s, especially his shop. But being curious to meet that boy who posses such great powers, he sacrificed his self esteem and visit the shop.

But the boy was not at shop, there was a worker who told the Saint that the boy will come shortly. The Saint waited for the boy in front of the shop.

(2 hours passed)

The boy arrives and meet the Saint and said, “I’m really very sorry, that you have to wait for me here for 2 hours.”

Now Saint was again shocked that instead of visiting the shop he directly came to me, he know that I was waiting for him and also time I was waiting for him.

Boy asked, “what makes a Saint visit a Butcher’s shop.”

The Saint said, “Nice to meet you young boy, I only want to know that how you have acquired such powers, what type of preaching’s, prayers or meditation you have done, which God you worship, which God has given you the boon of such magnificent power.”

To this Boy replied, “what are you talking about, I don’t have any powers. I haven’t done anything special. I just help them in all means necessary. I do not worship any God, to me my parents are my God and I worship them daily.”

The Saint got his answer and left with a satisfying smile.
