Healthy while working on desk

In this modernizing world most of the jobs consists of desk job with computers (like sitting jobs).
This is the root cause of your majority future illness and bad health. So why not start avoiding all those future problems Now !

        

     1) Body Posture :

Many people ignore this and then regret later, when they get various problems like back pain, neck pain, etc. (mainly problems related to spine).
Make sure to sit up straight on a supportive chair and have your sitting position aligned properly with your desk (mainly computer). Take a short walk after an hour or two. Take short breaks between your work.
As you can see in the image many people sit in these postures but only first one is the correct posture for sitting.

2) Eyes :

Stop staring at your computer screen continuously. That computer screen is going to give you future eye problem. We are already by our mobile phones and these computer screens are adding more problems to our eyes.
Remember to take a few minutes off from that screen, either close your eyes or look away from your screen from 20-30 minutes.



3) Clean Space :

Having a congested and dirty desk will always rise negativity around you.
My mother always used to scold me for having my room dirty, “Goddess Saraswati only resides in clean spaces that’s why she wears white clothes and if you are not going to clean your place she will not come to you. So clean your room immediately!”
This not only applies to your home but also to your work place.
After cleaning your desk, have some free space for tiny plants. It will not only brighten your mood but also purifies the air around you.


4) Healthy Food :

Eating healthy food is a key to healthy body.
You must be thinking why I included this point, it’s obvious! But many people have a habit of eating chips and other junk food while in front of computer screen. If you started eating once you will end up eating your whole snacks and might not have completed your work.
So either eat healthy food at that time or drink water (as it’s the best option).
Yes! Just drink water. Drinking water is a good thing and when you drink water while working, it will psychologically make you think that your stomach is full.


5) Exercise :

I should not be telling you this, exercising daily will not only make you healthy and in good condition but also a good mood.
Everyone should at least do a 15 minutes of effective exercise daily. It will do miracles for you.
